We want you and your baby to love your Tricot Bebe. Every Tricot Bebe product is crafted with our commitment to quality & comfort, and stitched with love in every detail. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund with the following conditions as outlined below. Please note: We do not issue exchanges; a new order should be placed. All returns must be sent back within 7 business days of receiving your order to receive a full refund. Packaging and tags must be intact. Money will be returned to the original credit card used when placing the order. You can return up to 14 business days to receive a store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We can only accept returns sent via USPS, UPS or Fedex.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must include all tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
